Flight Planning
The following is a list of links for flight planning purposes.
I pulled most of the links from flight matters.com. Don Argintar hosts some informative workshops at Lincoln Park Airport N07. They also offer some really good flight instruction. Check them out @ www.flightmatters.com
Some reminders:
1. As the Pilot in command you are responsible for the content gathered from online resources.
2. Check valid times on all weather products. If it doesn’t have a time stamp DON’T USE IT.
3. Always follow up with flight service 800-WX-BRIEF within 2 hours of a flight. CYA incase of pop up TFRs. If you call within 2 hours of a flight and you bust a TFR you can request the recording of the briefing. You will not be held accountable for the violation in most cases… If you called Flight Service.
